How am I charged for a call?

6 coins for every started minute, only after the host connects. The call ends automatically if your coins run out.

Are calls recorded?

Yes. Calls are recorded and chats are stored for safety, dispute resolution and quality. Recordings are private and deleted after a fixed period.

Payment done but coins not added?

Coins usually appear instantly. If not, wait 30 minutes and contact Support with your payment ID. We check it with our payment partner.
